use Recover4all professional , you can easily scan the drive and recover the file even if its been deleted some days ago.
this will aslo show the recover possibility of a deleted file - good- fair- bad
remember, its a time consuming process

This happened to me as well.
Go to torrentz downloads and download file recovery tools.
I got all my data (1.8 Gigs of it) back in one piece.
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT SWITCH YOUR COMPUTER OFF BECAUSE IF YOU DO ITS ALL GONE!!!!!
