If the content went to "Recycle bin" then you can click the recycle bin icon select the folder and right click and click on restore... but it got permanently deleted then you have little or no chance to recover it..

If your deleted file is not there in your Recycle Bin then try to perform some undelete operation.
You can find lots of tools for doing the same in the WWW for free.

check your recycle bin to see if the deleted folder is still in there.
if you find it there, click on the restore option in the recycle bin and that will restore your folder back.

open the recycyle bin.
Locate your folder there
select your folder, and right click on it
a menu appears
click on restore
that's it.
