And please don't tell me if he had sex while he was out, then came home to his girlfriend and had sex with her then he could pass an STD....This guy was just out to dinner with his Co-workers, they had an anniversery dinner and this guy had a few beers, I wanted to know if this guy could affect his girlfriend by having sex with beer in his system?

You mean transmit alcohol into his girlfriend's body by having sex with her? No. She might swallow very minuscule amounts through kissing him; yet, that wouldn't do anything to make her intoxicated. Sure, drunken sex will affect his sexual performance, but it won't affect her. Maybe just pi** her off that he's doing a lousy job.

By breathing beer fumes all over her, he could disgust her. Farts are also stinky. And he might pee in the wardrobe, thinking it's the toilet.

Otherwise, no. He can't "infect" his girlfriend with beer and make her drunk. It doesn't pass from person to person like that, otherwise the brewers would go bust.

No, the alcohol inside his blood will not affect rather or not he transfers an STD. The only thing that affects that is rather or not he really has an STD.
