Congratulations!!!!! whether it will be materialized or not, who cares.
Well, I know some people get married with shorter time and still living happily.
You just keep your fingers crossed for the day he bend down on his knees right in front of you.
Be prepared to say Yes, I will.

Because you said it first, he's now used it on you as well.
However, deep down inside, both of you know you are not ready for marriage, right?
I guess that you are not even sure of his love at this moment in time. Yes you miss each other. That's common. It happens with most people. We miss many people and many things in our life.
Love, however, is a different thing altogether. Unless you want to jump in and marry someone you are not sure of, take it slow.
As you grow older and are together longer, your feelings may change. Someone else may come into your life.

I got married after 6 months, and I knew she was the one after 3. So it all depends on how you both feel.

By the way, our marriage is one of the few that works the way we both like it. So again, it depends on how you both truly feel about each other. There should be no real doubts if it's meant to be for real, and not just because it seems like a good idea. Marriage is for life, not for 5 months or 7 years.

You can slow this down without too much psychological damage.

It's really not a good sign to talk about marriage after only 3 months. You still need to spend time with each other, to get to know each other and make sure one of you isn't a candidate for the loony factory!

You brought it on yourself, what did you want him to say? If you love him then you should just wait and see what happens, it is unlikely he was planning on proposing soon. Just be patient and see what happens.
