It sounds like you're stuck in a bad rut - since quitting your job probably isn't too practical, I would say focus on the future as best you can and throw your efforts primarily towards school. If you can, cut down on the work. Sorry I know all of that sounds obvious but I'm kind of in the same boat, and what keeps me getting up is the thought of where I want to be in a year...and how to get there. Good luck!

you sound busy and stressed, this is likely the cause of your sadness. If you can find time for regular sleep and exercise they will both help. The exercise will help you sleep better and the sleep will help you deal with everything in life better. It works for me in a big way.
If you feel like you cannot control your feelings, please go to a doctor. Go to the health office at your school and ask to talk to someone. With all of the craziness going on in the world, I am sure they have someone there that can help, there are lots of students that work and go to school that they are helping also.
Your last year of school is also very stressful. When you are stressed out, just think about how far you have come and that you only have _ months left. That is great, I am proud of you! Be proud of yourself. These happy thoughts can help your mood.
If you do not exercise, take some time for yourself. This is not easy on a busy schedule, but even if you take like 20 minutes and concentrate on something for yourself. like reading or meditation. This will help you get more centered, especially if you make sure you tell yourself that it is YOUR time.
I hope all of this helps, I truly understand. i am a full time working mother of two boys with one on the way, and am attending school also. Let me know if you have any other questions!

It happens not only to you, but to everybody Dear. Nobody's happy in this world, but we all pretend to be, that's the way to go along.
1. Spend your time in constructive activities. Remember the time you were a kid, when a game of Scrabble indoors or Football with friends was enough to keep you happy. In a same way, try hitting a Gym, improve your Math, learn some computer courses, learn a foreign language. Anything in which you put your sincere attention is very helpful to drive away the blues. Once your mind is happy enough, you automatically get better ideas.
2. Stay out of girls when you are depressed, contrary to popular wisdom!!!!!!
