As long as you are not cheating in your relationship, there is no reason to feel guilty.

But also be aware that your partner may not be as open about it and get very upset.

No. It just means you have a good sexual appetite. Also it helps to relieve stree. If your partner says they are not doing it themselves they are lying. Everyone does it . i have been married for 10 years and I am still doing it .
