In the Indian pretext, when the Govt. is in favour of providing reservation in higher studies and jobs (Govt. as well as private) for the OBC's (Other Backward Classes) along with SC's and ST's (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes) how can the candidature of a person be ascertained in a quota for which he/she is claiming without mentioning the Caste?

I never knew such a thing is asked. Anyways religion and nationality is ok for some specific occasions.
