Feasting at mid-winter and exchanging gifts, easter eggs and the easter bunny are pagan fertility symbols etc etc etc
Are you sinning against your scriptures by following pagan ways?

Personally, I do not do this so much. I give a small gift to my nephews and nieces, and give cards with Spiritual words or those that express my love for them. However, I do not put up Christmas decorations or give Easter eggs.

I do not judge Christians who do celebrate Christmas and Easter, because Colossians 2 says "Let no man judge you according to feast days" and Romans 14 says "Some people believe some days are holier than others, while others believe that all days are equally holy."

So, whatever they believe is between them and God. As long as they honour God, it is OK.

I can't see how the doctrines of Christianity, which is essentially about being kind to others, and treating people the way you wish to be treated, is in contravention with the pagan festivals that existed prior to Christianity. Most of them, like Easter,Christmas etc are about celebrating life, enjoying being alive and being thankful for the things you have, and those around you.
They have their basis in ancient times, and many of them were adopted by Constantine for political purposes, but they are not harmful, or against Christ's teachings...

I don't think that celebrating Christmas or Easter is sinning, but I do believe it's wrong to base everything in ones faith on those two events. You can hear a lot of people saying they go to church only for holidays and think that's enough; Christmas became more important than Jesus himself to many people and that is wrong.

We're all sinners. Fair point on the Easter eggs - this IS FORBIDDEN in the Bible - "Thou shalt not make cakes for the Queen of heaven" and "They have walked after Baal and Astoreth". Guilty as charged, sir!

We are all sinners, but it's ok, because Jesus died on the cross for all our sins, past present and future, so long as we ask forgiveness on judgement day(and mean it) we will be forgiven and accepted into the kingdom of heaven

Western Christianity is based on Paganism.

It's for you to judge. If it isn't a direct affront to Christian scripture I suppose you're alright. If it is then don't do it.
