1)U 'll hav a lot of eye contact with him if he is near u
2)He would tease u a lot
3)He would like to spend as much time with u as he can \
4)He would constantly ask u if u hav ne other boyfriend

hmm.. how can you be 'sure' in that you're already going out with this guy?
I can shre one way of how to see if a guy 'cares' about you. Tell him you are absolutely terrified of having blood tests, haven't had one sice you were an infant. If he volunteers to take you to get your blood test, he's quite understanding and switched on. If he says yes after you ask him to go with you, he's nice.
My guy 'took' me to the pathology clinic and sat with me, held my hand, and let me whinge on his shoulder all through the event. He didn't laugh at me, didn't even crack a smile. Said how proud he was of me. And in all my strength as a career women, I found great comfort in knowing that my guy was strong for me in my weakness.
heck, why do you want to know if the guy really likes you? You don't want him to be coz you're not too into him? So what are you going to do when he shows that he does like you? Plan for a family with him? Take it as it comes. The whole forward backward guessing game of does he? does she? is a lot of fun and excitement.
ok, how to tell. If he likes you int he way that you would want to be liked, you'll know. Because it's the way you want it.

No 1 can really b sure whats in ppls hearts, but if you rub on his neck a minute, and it causes him 2 walk funny, chances are good!

well i liked this question. well as many suggested that you should go and directly ask him, doesn't work all the times, as this needs that kinda environment,situation as well as courage. so my advice is you better keep on going your relationship, (or whatever you call it) as it is. just try dropping some hints that you like him, but never actually saying that you love him. like that you may gain his trust, and if he really loves you will one day agree to it. and if not, he will not pick on the tips and the relationship will go on as smoothly as now. so.....all the best with that guy and do try my tips. it really helps.

It takes time...plenty of it. Don't be in such a rush for a boy to like you. Aren't you aware of what they really want? Take it slow. Make sure you love yourself. Make it your business to carry yourself with pride and dignity and regardless of who you like, or who likes you, they have to give you respect. In the mean time make them earn your respect. Don't just give it to just anyone who smiles at you.
