I believe that after about 72 hours the cravings should subside slightly and after 6 weeks if you can last that long the craving for Ciggies should go but -

"In fact, some doctors have reported that nicotine is just as addictive as heroin or cocaine, which indicates quite clearly as to how people become hooked so rapidly and stay hooked for so long."

Have a look at the source for more info.

Volunteer on the pulmonary diseases ward at your local hospital or come over and visit my Mom who is dying from emphysema and severe osteoporosis, brought on by over 50 years of smoking. She weighs 75 lbs. She finally quit smoking, but it's too late. She probably won't live much longer, maybe a year or two.The thing is there's nothing else wrong with her,so if she had quit smoking years ago like we(her family) wanted her to,she'd probably have lived to be 100.Please stop,if not for yourself then to spare your friends and family the agony of watching you suffer from a completely preventable disease.

There are many ways to quit smoking. Different approaches work for different people.

My father quit smoking last year after he was recommended a product by Rick Beneteau.

He gave it a try and he managed to quit smoking within one month.

Our family is very proud of him because his health has greatly increased (my mom especially, because now she has more money to buy more fancy shoes, lol).

Anyways, I hope this product can help you too.

that was diffidently i good idea. licorice is one of the least fatty candies out there, and even if you were making a habit of eating snickers, it would still be healthier than smoking!

Don't try to quit it at once, just try to reduce the quantity and if u succeeded in this one day u will quit it, that is what i did.
