often bruises that appear without a specific incident are caused from a lack of potassium. Try eating more foods that are high in potassium. Banana's are a good source of potassium.

depends on what the bruises look like, and on how old you are. Sometimes during the night you can get bruises, or when you are working around boxes, or tight quarters where you have to walk around equipment, desks, etc. like maybe at work. Bruises could mean nothing, or if they stay too long then they might be something you might want to look into, i.e. ask your doctor.

i can make an appointment with your clinical specialist and communicate this with him/her. Bruises that basically appear like that could be a demonstration of something so straightforward as anemia, or something as severe as leukemia (do not panic, frequently bruises do not bypass away if it truly is severe like that). you're clinical specialist will probably do an total actual basically to verify your widespread health, and then order some blood tests to verify your white count number and stuff. sturdy success! wish you experience more desirable proper.

If you can't remember how you got those bruises, and everything everyone said in here still isn't a reason, my response would be to get your blood work-up and check for too much white cells. Potassium is also a reason, you might be lacking in it. But just to be sure - have your blood checked.

If they are large and round get a blood test ASAP ; or if more appear out of no-where , get one . If it is just two of them ,I wouldn't worry though . It's easy to bump the arms without knowing it -just keep your eyes open for more, to be on the safe side .
