Take vitamin C or paracetamol if you have it in the house, drink plenty of warm liquids like tea or soup and relax, stay in bed, give your body a chance to recover.
If things don't work out it's time to see the doctor or take some cold medicine from the drug store (they know what to give you so just tell them the problem).

The only thing you can do is get some cough drops that numb the pain and wait it out. It is probably a sinuous infection but it could be strep throat, which is very bad if left untreated. If it doesn't seem to get better by Monday i would see a doctor. Also use an air purifier in your room if you have one just increase it is allergies.

Why can't you go to the store? Anyways...drink tea with lemon or honey in it if you have any. Also try using mouth wash couple times a day. Good luck

It could be tonsillitis, therefore you would need antibiotics. If not try gargling with salt water and up your vitamin C
