Yes, it's true that drinking more milk everyday will make you
less vulnerable to a broken bone. When we are young and
healthy, our bones are also strong and healthy and not easily broken when we fall. However, as we grow older and age, our bones become more brittle and they can easily be broken.
This natural deficiency called "osteoporosis" can happen to many people. Thus to prevent it, we should drink milk with
high calcium daily.

Yes. Your bones need calcium to reginerate. Bones are constantly breaking down. Your body needs calcium to help rebuild and maintain healthy strong bone. Currently the recommendations are 1000mg of calcium for all adults 19-50 and 1200 mg over the age of 50. A single dose should not exceed 600mg. (take 2 times a day.) Also it is very important to take vit. D as well. 200 IU for adults under 50 and 400IU for adults over 50. I have however, heard that this was not enough and will see more studies saying that patients should take more vit D with calcium. Hope this helps.

milk contain calcium and calcium help bone, tooth to be less vulnerable but to make it true this sentence you need to use calcium not only when you've got 50 years old but since you are young to build your bone. If you don't like milk you can use something who made with milk like yogurt, ice cream, cheese some of fish etc.

Questionable. Some studies say yes, others say that it causes leaching of calcium, actually making the problem worse. As most bones are fractured as a result of trauma, drinking milk probably won't make a difference.

It depends. If you think that a sudden surge of calcium will prevent you from breaking a bone it won't. A constant day to day diet with calcium would help your body provided your body was feeling deprieved of calcium in the first place (i.e. it needs it to fix your broken bone but you don't eat any dairy because you are veg). Having too much is also bad. It's one of those things that a good diet will help but don't think supplements are going to help you (because they only do if your diet is bad and lacks nutrients to begin with).

No. yet once you drink milk, drink uncooked milk. Pasteurized milk actual makes your bones weaker. Pasteurization turns milk acidic and it leaches calcium out of your bones. i've got heard this from rather some sturdy components, and that i've got had 2 bone scans that proved to me that it is real. A test I had 12 years in the past confirmed I had 15% bone loss. i ended eating milk around that element because of the fact i became into getting sinus issues from it. a modern-day bone test confirmed that I had in basic terms 5% bone loss! i've got not been taking the different supplements. uncooked milk is nice to your bones, yet maximum healthful adults do no longer elect milk in any respect. it is plenty extra considerable to maintain the calcium on your bones than to "feed" it. in case you exercising, devour an excellent, healthful weight loss plan, and ward off junk food (rather soda pop) you will desire to be superb. BTW, i've got in basic terms broken one bone - in my finger. and that i'm clumsy, too.

Actually no. Milk does have calcium however it's not easily digested by the body. Other sources of calcium are much easier absorbed. Countries that eat dairy actually have higher rates of osteoporosis that countries that don't. The push to eat dairy is a huge marketing scheme by dairy producers. Here's an interesting article to read.
