Why blue? Why not red? Or yellow? Something different for a change. And how does it go blue?

Bellybutton fluff is sad and lonely therefore "blue". Try interacting more with your fluff, it may come out of it's depression and shown a different hue.

if you want to know the scientific answer to this question it is because the fluff in the belly button is a mixture of 75o/o hair and 25% fabric, hair from around the midriff area is usually darker and contains more pigmentation than other hair, the more pigmentation contained in the hair the bluer the hair appears to the human eye.

It has been a subject of experimentation (sadly enough!) and fluff migrates from both down below and from up above...i.e. fluff from your underwear, trousers/dress/skirt etc AND from you tops migrates and collects in your belly button.

You should collect it and sell it on e-bay!

The key thing about fluff in your belly bottom is not that it collects there, its the fluff that is coming out
