I'm sorry Officer, I thought the speed limit said 80...are you sure it's only 55? (I must have been whizzing by too fast to notice. ☺)

Every single day of the week. Every time I get in the car, my spedometer is usually a minimum of 5 mph over the limit. More often than not, I'm doing 10 or more over the limit. I hate speed limits, and I detest people who drive slower than the speed limit. Especially in the left lane. I just want to bump draft them like in nascar, and run them off the road, because they don't have the courtesy or the intelligence to get their slow @$$es back into the right lane. And old people on the road scare the $h1t out of me. I was behind one old woman on the way to work one day, and she came within 6 inches of nailing the side of a log truck as she was taking her sweet time to pass it. The first big crash scene involving the log truck from Final Destination 2 was flashing through my head, and all I could think was "Oh my God, I'm gonna die!"

So, short story long, yes I speed. Hence the 7 speeding tickets in the 10 years I've been driving.

We all speed at one time or another, intentionally or unintentionally. I think intentionally is better then unintentionally then you know you are doing it rather then you not having control over your vehicle. But don't speed too much or too much over the speed limit. 5 mph over is ok and chances of getting ticket is slim. If you are good enough driver then 8 miles over then you have time to react if you see cops with gun pointing at you. They will probably let you slide depending on where you are. Most people who speeds are usually over 10 or 15, relatively you are going slower. If you are unlucky you will get pulled over with 1 mile over. My best advice, leave early, slow down, keep your distance, enjoy the moment and the scenery, lot to see out there while you are driving.

Why do you think both my cars have such awesome horsepower? You think I would tow a boat or a camper with a Mini? No reason for there to be such power than to use it, right?
