We can not make and keep happy anyone "always". Patience,love,silence,gifts, jewelleries, dinning out,taking care all needs(if dependent on hubby),Providing healthy and sound family atmosphere with good friend circles and relatives, these may be the few words if we could try sincerely to implement in our life then perhaps we may be able to say "we can make and keep a lady always happy".

Just love and treat her with the respect that she deserves. You can also try to help her out with house hold duties like cooking and dishes and laundry, Try to take her on a date even though you are married about once a month just to show her a good time and let her know just because you are married now it does not mean you cant still have dates. Surprise her with flowers once in a while and just always let her know she is the love of your life and tell her how special she is..

In a long term relationship, there will always be good and bad times, but if you want to keep her in your life, then the important things are the little things you can do to remind her how much you love and need her. Dont forget important dates, send her flowers at work for no other reason then you thought of her that moment, take initiative at home sometimes and let her relax instead, never ever go to bed angry, and always kiss her goodnight.

It depends on the individual. Myself all I ask is that the guy does NOT dominate me; he treats me as an equal partner, and wants my input on everything. Because this is the day and age where women work, I want help with cooking, cleaning, and caring for kids. But I'll in turn be willing to help out taking out the trash and cut the lawn and other yard work. And for a guy to please not plan to have s-x with me if he's not going to be verbally and physically affectionate, and if he doesn't want to be bothered with the "L" word, and also if he's going to refuse to do romantic things. Because without those other types of affection, and romance that doesn't involve s-x, as far as I'm concerned, he just wants me for my body. Don't be with me but have the wandering eye or talk about how hot other women are in front of me; that's disrespectful. And NEVER treat me worse than his female friends, or I'll see a red flag.
Treat me right sincerely and make me feel special, I'll be happy to pay for dates that are my idea, and I'll be happy to do things for you, surprise you with flowers or gifts.

That said, the truth is that some people, both male and female, don't want to be happy and need constant drama or problems and they'll end up taking out their crap on you. Try to stay away from that type so that it doesn't bring you down as well.

Don't lie, cheat, be lazy, make excuses, be nasty, brag all the time, egotistic. Hopefully your lady will do the same then you will both be happy.
