Try looking up an English club- I have seen clubs for other languages here in the USA, so I imagine that there are English-language clubs where you live. The clubs I know about were clubs for people who speak a language, and want to converse with other people who speak that language too, but not necessarily as their first language. Best contact a local university for information.

English is a hard language to understand. When you have 1 spelling for a word and it can mean many different things. Or same spelling pronounced different ways.
If you could find a way to talk over the internet with some English speaking people it may help. I use yahoo messenger with voice to talk to my sister 1000 miles away. No phone bill and you can talk for as long as you want.

You could try to get a pen pal (a person who will write letters to you and then you write back to them) and perhaps then you could exchange audio tapes from each other so you could hear them speaking in English. There are many books on audio tape that could be borrowed from a library so you could read along out loud to get more fluent (better at speaking).Hope these suggestions help you. I don't know where you are from, but many colleges have programs for learning languages using audio tapes for practice. Good luch, keep trying.

Try doing a study abroad program. There are scholarships available to study in America or England to help you learn English. It is always easiest to learn in a fully English-speaking environment. Just do a search for "Study Abroad scholarships" and you should find something. Good luck!
