If you're body is proportionally correct (meaning your body is around 5-6 head lengths, including the head), then you are not a midget, just short. To be a midget, you have to not only be short, but you're body is disproportional (meaning your body would be 2-4 head lengths).
Edit: That is wrong. I got mixed up with dwarf. The definitions are the opposites, my explanation is a dwarf.
