I often laugh when I should be grieving. I often become very solemn when everybody around me is happy. Generally, I'm far more ill tempered than, uh, well tempered.
I can't seem to control these bizarre emotional responses. Anybody suffer the same feelings? Anybody have a clue why?

I've been to a shrink. Shrinks don't work for me, and I hate to say it, but I severely doubt that they'd really work for anybody.

Also, I'm a little old to be called immature. I am plenty accomplished and capable and experienced in this world. And now I laugh at funerals.

I have often laughed when I should have been grieving as well. My best friend suffers severe depression, to a point where we can be in the middle of a conversation, and he will start uncontrolably start crying. Ever go to a shrink? Just to see if they would have an idea on what it could be. I don't like them, they actually made my friend worse, but everyone is different. They do help some people.

SYMBYAX (olanzapine and fluoxetine HCl capsules) might be the drug for you.
Consult a Clinical Psychiatrist before taking the medication. You have to diagnose for OCD, Bipolar, Psychosis etc...

Because you are human and we are very complex. I get the same way and that is the best reasonable answer I can tell myself without admitting I am crazy or that other people are weird, but usually it is them and not me. Hee Hee Hee
