amprobe current tracer was down?

current tracer 110v device was accidentaly connected to much higher voltage and it was damage, i don not know which electronic parts i will change to make it work again.

Try replacing the fuse. If that isn't the problem then check the store you bought it from to find out how to send the unit to Amprobe for repair. I doubt it can be repaired by a person who is not a technician.
