Its individual and also depends on mood, age and stimulation levels. A young guy that has gotten his mind well into a situation and that used an intense mains powered vibe (say my son!) claimed to manage a second in under 2 minutes but a 40+ guy that is a bit tied and only keen on gentle hand stimulation (my husband sometimes) may take an hour.

It depends on the man. Most take several minutes up to about an hour but a lucky few don't have to wait more than a minute.

run in place while masturbating run like you mean BUSINESS. after you come (and I think you will come fast), give yourself about 30 seconds rest and repeat.
It's amazing how fast you can with this added element of running in place.
