The Creator taught them.
The original language was Hebrew.
I did not know that had to be taught.

You start your question with Christians. Am I to suppose that you are not a Christian?
To answer your question will be somewhat difficult then. When you say Adam and Eve it makes me think that you know something about the Bible and still I wonder.
The answer to your question is simple. GOD did.
If God made you a little tea pot would you expect it to be able to pore out tea or not have a spout? GOD did.

God taught them how to speak His language, Hebrew. Then He showed them a video on "The ABC's of lovemaking".

God made them perfect before sin entered their life and we are the aftermath after 6000 years
