I have a stomach disease ,that also causes stomach problems im taking nexium ,But this will really help yah I just had my 2nd colonscope done and they found I have colitios of the bowel ,and you need to start taking a fiber pill at bedtime every night ,this has helped me so much .good luck hope you feel better ,you but them in walmart or anywhere .

My doctor gave me these pills shaped like bullets made of glycerine. For all the good they did me i might as well have shoved them up my ass.
