Sometimes the experiment fails, sometimes not. When it's right to you there are few rewards in life better than being pleased with your efforts.

But even the failures can be fun. I don't really consider this last one a failure. It's just that it looks too Jackson Pollack to me. So I haven't done any more like it.

Zoltar, you're right. It really isn't a question. But lately we've had a lot of questions about mixing paints and which is best, realism or abstract. So I was using this flimsy excuse of a question to display the advantages of modern art.
