When first trying to establish a budget try to get all your known yearly expenses.....insurances, rates, bills (estimate), petrol, health....etc add them all together then divide by 12.
that is the amount of money you need to set aside per month

Organize everything you spend money on into different groups [ food, entertainment, utilities, beauty, rent, car note etc. Figure out how much you make a week, a month. Keep records of how much you spend on what, then figure out where you really want your money to go. You're really doing this already, it's just in your head, put it on paper.

Now try to find out the source of finance that you have and how much you will get from those source then apportion that amount on what you want to spend on.
I think this one will be your budget.

Record every money movement you make, I mean every one, do not omit any, doesn't matter the amount, record all of them.
Begin with your NET income, the rest will be easy. . .
good luck
