tell her that she if a gift from Allah that has come to bless ur life. tell her she was with Allah all this time, becoz that is the thruth. every soul is with God and when it is the time for it to be in the world then Allah says -- (Kun) BE AND IT IS. tell her we came out of nothing and after our deaths we again turn back to nothing, for that is the thruth.

since she is a small child she will not be able to understand, but yes there is a concept of life before birth in Islam and it has been proven by scientists. it may be helpful to u as u are a beginner.

Dr. Joe Leigh Simpson is the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Professor of Molecular and Human Genetics at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA. Formerly, he was Professor of Ob-Gyn and the Chairman of the Department of Ob-Gyn at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, Tennessee, USA. He was also the President of the American Fertility Society. He has received many awards, including the Association of Professors of Obstetrics and Gynecology Public Recognition Award in 1992. Professor Simpson studied the following two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad :

{In every one of you, all components of your creation are collected together in your mother’s womb by forty days...}2

{If forty-two nights have passed over the embryo, God sends an angel to it, who shapes it and creates its hearing, vision, skin, flesh, and bones....}3

2. Narrated in Saheeh Muslim, #2643, and Saheeh Al-Bukhari, #3208.
3. Narrated in Saheeh Muslim, #2645.

He studied these two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad extensively, noting that the first forty days constitute a clearly distinguishable stage of embryo-genesis. He was particularly impressed by the absolute precision and accuracy of those sayings of the Prophet Muhammad . Then, during one conference, he gave the following opinion:

“So that the two hadeeths (the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad ) that have been noted provide us with a specific time table for the main embryological development before forty days. Again, the point has been made, I think, repeatedly by other speakers this morning: these hadeeths could not have been obtained on the basis of the scientific knowledge that was available [at] the time of their writing . . . . It follows, I think, that not only there is no conflict between genetics and religion but, in fact, religion can guide science by adding revelation to some of the traditional scientific approaches, that there exist statements in the Quran shown centuries later to be valid, which support knowledge in the Quran having been derived from God.”

may the peace and blessings of Allah be with u and may He guide u in the right path. May Allah show His mercy on u and protect u from the Hellfire.

For your satisfaction: The Creator created spirits/personalities of the humans to be born till the Day of Judgment; before even Adam was designed. They are kept in a place in universe and are allowed into human world when time arrives turn by turn.

According to Muslim faith this is the very place where Creator asked: Am I not your Lord? (means: you have recognized and acknowledged me as your only Creator, Sustainer and Superior with no other associate(s)).

You can comfortably say to your lil baby that "you were with the Lord Almighty honey.... and He gave you to us as a special gift...."..... =)

Best prayers and hopes for you and your family...lil sis...Amen... =)

I forget approximately approximately those questions and circulate directly to the subsequent. there are various us who placed a lot of theory & attention for others in our solutions. it is not a internet site to argue and brush aside human beings. it is for others critiques. I ought to trust Frizzer, Kat, Professor X & Kim. the area has replaced so I basically look for the exciting clever questions that are actually not meant to argue. there are various those that do exactly that yet we ought to submit with the nonsense. Have a great day to all.....:)>-

well, I`ve heared a scholar once said that Adam (pbuh) saw all mankind before they came to life, & that all of them witnessed that there is only one god & if one of them was disobedient then it`s his fault & he desrves the punishment

but you can ask a certain scholar to give you more scintefic interpretation

P.S. congrats fro your conversion may Allah guide you always to the straight path
