YES ...
Ovulation can occur during lactation WITHOUT menstruation....
This FACT leads to "pregnancy during lactation" if No contraceptives used.
About 50% women ovulate within 2months of Delivary without any menses and if no contraception used then high possibility of getting pregnant.
SO MANY examples are there...Go to abortion clinic and find that 40-50% cases are for this reason!!!
There in No effect of "Drying up" of milk....it can affect like this...Lactation requires callories as well as pregnancy requires nutrients so both things get affected....will lead to Malnutrition of feeding baby...and low birth weight of the baby in uterus.
if Baby is of 4 months then you can stop feeding and must start weaning(diet)

Yes, you can get pregnant while breastfeeding. It's only slightly more difficult than when not, because the hormones the body produces while breastfeeding alters your cycle. If you aren't using any kind of birth control... I'm not sure. Usually you'd know if your breasts were extra tender, and the usual signs, but those signs are often part of breastfeeding or just don't happen during it. I suppose the only way would be to take a pregnancy test once a month, or every other.
Milk doesn't dry up if you get pregnant again. It does turn into colostrum right before or when the new baby is born, though, and some babies who are still being breastfed through the change in milk turn their noses up at the change in taste.

Yes you can definitely get pregnant while breastfeeding. Just because you may not yet have a period, that does not mean that you are not going to ovulate. No your milk does not dry up, some women breastfeed while they are pregnant. You just have to make sure that you are eating enough healthy foods and taking vitamins to stay healthy, make good milk, and develop the baby as well.

Yup! I got pregnant again when I was nursing (4-5 times a day)my 9 month old son. I was trying to get pregnant since he was 6 months old... but I guess because I was nursing frequently (8 times a day), it slowed me down. As I gradually dropped feedings... and got more accustomed to my screwed up cycle (which started exactly 6 months to the day I gave birth), I was able to pinpoint my ovulation and had success within 3 months.
I just stopped nursing him at 13 months because my boobs were killing me with pain from him biting and nibbling and pulling... (I'm now 5 months along)... plus I think the taste of my milk started changing because he was acting all weird and whining. My doctor had actually warned me that some babies will wean themselves off because of the change in milk.
My milk has not dried up... and my boobs are starting to get really full and big... getting ready for #2.
Hope this helps you.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/5EtZK
Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/f87e9
