the help it grow make sure its trimmed nicely ( no split ends) washed regularly and brushed. Every night beofre bed when its dry put it in a tightly fastened bun and in the morning give it a wash give it a quick towel dry and let it dry naturally, dont brush your hair when its wet because its weaker at that time and it can cause flys( stringy bits of hair) knots are not a good thing. pamper it and it should come along nicely also eating veggies gives it strength and would help its length also helps your nails.
