Sweet Tamale Corn Cakes from the Cheesecake factory. You can find the recipe online (try google.com). Its a perfect blend of ingredients....a slightly sweet masa corn cake topped with sour cream, south western sauce, salsa verde, pico de gallo, avocado and cilantro. I make it all the time and have never gotten a bad review.
