I wonder if any of their ancestors were immigrants... maybe that has something to do with it.

Usually the imposter is on level one but I noticed that they were on level 4 the other night, which indicates to me that there are obviously more people involved. I have an idea who they are but I am really tired of these morons harassing me and stalking me online. There are laws against that but they don't care about that. Typical criminal behavior. I'm also tired of people expecting me to respect the ones who are doing this, making up lies, invading my privacy, making fun of the fact that I have made some accomplishments in poetry and making up poetry that I DON'T WRITE and posting it and other people believe it. I have my opinions, like everyone else and I am entitled to them. Here's how it works: if you respect me, I will respect you. As far as the "nasty e-mails", I send them when they are sent to me. I give what I get. It's very simple. By the way, the people who are saying that the writing stuff is a sham, it may have been for some. Depends on where you go but obviously, they are just making a pathetic attempt to tear down what I have done and this doesn't belong in the immigration forum. I had a lot of good luck with my writing but a lot of things, like blogs, they stole off of my 360 page. Imagine how you would feel if someone were STALKING you this way....I am very tired of it and if it is viewed as "making fun" of them, I think that's far better than making up LIES about abortions and trying to humiliate one simply because they have a different view.

Depends on the persons. Some just do it because they think that will get them elected into some office or because they don't want to insult their major clientelle. And nowadays you can't just say "white americans" because some of those that look to be white americans are really hispanic or from some other country,so basing it on skin color is nonrevelant.I think if you truly believe in something and are not doing it to gain anything from it then go for it,but doubt many of the high ranking people are doing it for that reason.Just like i'm sure many of the ones on the anti illegal side truly mean what they say aside from the fact they are hoping it will get them elected.

I think there is always an ulterior motive. For example on speaking with my brother today he is all for immigration. Why? Because legal or not they have a SS Card that they can work under thereby paying taxes and more importantly to him Social Security. He feels it's America's way of ensuring the continued existence of Social Security in years to come.

I think "white" people have the same freedoms and liberties as anyone else , and should be treated as just.. (not like a racist) because you said something that crossed someone the wrong way . Everybody has a difference in opinion and should be taken into account that anything you do or say is going t rub someone the wrong way , but that should be equill for all races

And because they are white, they must NOT be immigrants??? Is that what you're trying to imply? If so, are you a native American? If you're NOT, then someone in your family "immigrated"?

How have you "seen" these people, by the way? Are you a spy?

I think it's because we were fresh out of blue and orange Americans. First and foremost, there are only three races. Hispanics fall under the caucasian category. The only people who don't owe their citizen ship in this country to immigrants are the indigenous tribes that our ancestors tried to flush away, so, it only stands to reason that descendents of immigrants would want to support immigrants. Don't you think?

They have a right to their opinions, just like everyone else. I don't agree with it but that still doesn't change the fact that they are individual people who may feel very strongly about their own opinions, however wrong that may be to some.

What can anyone say about our legislative branch? Can I bring up Ted Kennedy and McCain as shiny sad examples too? I do not know how the privileged do it and manage to keep a straight face while they do it.

Some Americans support immigration rights and some dont. AMERICANS INCLUDE WHITE, BLACK, ASIAN, and HISPANIC.

What about african americans at these pro-immig rallies? What does that say about blacks? Nothing. So what does anything have to do with white Americans at immigration rallies?

Perhaps whites are more pro-active.

I don't think race is an issue in these groups, I think a sincere willingness to stand up and take a stance is. IF American Chinese were to start taking a stand, I think they would be very welcome in senior leadership.

These grass-roots groups are about results on key issues, not historical ethnic origins .
