I didn't see many assuming that you were gay. I saw several answers that said it was ok as long as it wasn't gay sex but I think that is different from assuming that you are gay. I think they were just clarifying that in their understanding, oral sex between a married couple is acceptable but that does not mean that the same act by a same sex couple is acceptable to God.
