When you starve yourself through the day and when you finally eat you feel sick? I'm trying to to eat so much and now I've turned into starving myself.

I know this sounds silly, I did an online thing and it said I was 10lbs overweight for my height 4'11", so that is driving me crazy!! For my height it says I'm supposed to be 98-101lbs. See why girls are so confused especially younger ones.

Those sites are for barbie dolls. I am 4'11", and if I weighed 97, I would look horrible. They don't take into account as to our body mass or structure. I am 120 and am the healthiest. When I tried to be within those ratios, I looked ematiaceted and unhealthy. Don't pay attention to the ranges; just be happy in the jeans you fit in...of course, as you and I both know, they aren't "average". Petite and you still sometimes have to hem them! Good luck!

Starving yourself if never healthy, even if you are doing it to lose weight. I know that your probably tired of hearing that but I had to say it. Myself I've recently went 3 or 4 days without eatting and today I did eat a little bit. I got sick also, right after I ate. The human body needs food and water. You can go without food more days then water. What your stomach is doing is that without food it feeds on itself (thats the reason we can so more days without food). When the stomach feeds on its own acids and lining for a while and we eat, because there is nothing inside and the stomachs been feeding on itself that causes us to be sick. When this happens basicly the body is trying to grab onto all the healthy crap it gets from the food in overtime that our organs work double and it causes are body not to function right.
To put it this way when you have something on your body that is inflammed and you rub it against something it hurts. Well in a sence this is what the stomach is doing, its inflammed from feeding on itself that when their is food in it after a period of none being there it causes us to feel ill.

Just don't starve yourself, that's not healthy. Eat enough food-such as fruits, veggies, bread. Dont' make yourself hungry cause you do not only starve your body-also your brain. Notice that when you're hungry you have those blank stares? And you can't think well?

Starving yourself has a horrible effect on your body. It weakens your teeth, hair, nails, and turns your skin pail! Please eat something for the love of GOD! Good Luck, talk to your doctor about a diet/meal plan if your concerned as well.
