This is a question for your doctor. What diet is best for you depends on how in control you are of your blood sugar, your weight, and the type of diabetes you have. Please go to your Dr. of at least see a dietitian. Many cities have free counseling for diabetics without a lot of money, so if that is what is holding you back please make a few phone calls. The sooner the better for you.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

you want to maintain your blood sugar stable, not "sugar rushes". Have to eat small meals 3-4 times at day and healty snaks in between. Whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean meats. REally a diabetic diet is the type of diet that we all should be eating. A balanced meal with all food groups included.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

Check out the South Beach diet - it's a low carb/good carb diet that allows a lot of goodies but will help keep your blood sugar regulated. It's not just a 'diet' - it's a way of life. I have used Medifast nearly a month now and my blood sugar readings have been in the normal range for most of that time, down from over 200. It's low fat, low carb.

All diabetics need to ask their doctor how many calorie's they can have and what diet they should follow.
It all depents on what type of diabetic you are (type 1 on insulin type 2 & on pills or insulin or gestational?) & what kind of work you do & what your life style is too
I was following the ADA diet but now that I have ESRF ( & on dialysis) & Heart failure I follow the renal diet.
Always ask your doctor thats what you are paying him for.
