You are an idiot! I am with Dar, Hayleylov, and Ricki here. People of Mexican descent who are legal American citizens are Minutemen? Great! They are Americans and they don't want illegal immigrants to trash their beloved country! This is not a racist issue here, as you try to make people believe. This is an illegal immigrant issue and has nothing to do with skin colour or race, at all.

The only ones on this forum are anti-illegal alien people. I don't no any one on here that is against immigrants, unless they are illegal. Well I think any Mexican American that join the minute men are great Americans, they don't want this nation destroyed either.

Potok’s Intelligence project discovered that the a techniques properly as an finished is on the boost. In a present day study, Southern Poverty regulation midsection documented 803 hate communities operating contained in the U.S. in 2005, a 33 p.c. boost in view that 2000. The Minuteman project on my own has spawned 60 spin-off communities, at the same time as persevering with to boost its club. the boost of the right has each and every thing to do with the politicians’ anti-immigrant marketing campaign in Washington. “human beings communicate about immigration as if race doesn’t count number, putting forward ‘No, I don’t have some thing adverse to immigrants or Mexicans, it’s in basic terms the unlawful component of it I don’t like,’” Gonzalo Santos, a sociology professor at California State college at Bakersfield, instructed the linked press. “yet those are code words. We adventure race in this usa by topics like welfare coverage, anti-poverty courses and now immigration.” in spite of the boost of the a techniques properly and the endorsement of mainstream media, competition to the racists is turning out to be to boot, from community communities to nationwide civil rights businesses. Antiracists and professional-immigrant activists ought to exhibit the Minutemen for the racists they are and promptly confront them everywhere they look.

Okay...First off, the question IS whether these Mexicans were born in the US or not. If born here then they are American and have every right as an American but at the same time should abide by American rules. No point in being born here just to act like you weren't. If there's a legitimate reason to join the Muinutemen then that's cool, if it's for sabotage, that's not cool. Either way, don't be hypocritical in your questioning.

Hold up.Are you saying there are mexicans with the minutement?hmm that's weird everytime I have seen a minutemen protest all I have seen is middle aged white men and women except for the one occasion where I saw a mexican woman show on a spanish tv show saying she was part of the minutement group.Just what percentage of the minutemen group are mexican or hispanic for that matter.Because I know that woman first claimed that she was Mexican and against illegal immigration but then later on shouted how she wasn't mexican that she was american because she was 3rd generation or something.guess that's where that dual citizenship comes into play. You can be Mexican American only and WHEN its convinient to make a certain group seem less racist, but then you can go back to just being american when its not.In the words of some anti illegals "YOU CANNOT BE A TRUE AMERICAN IF YOU SWEAR ALLIANCE TO ANY FOREIGN COUNTRY.YOUR EITHER AMERICAN OR NOT!"

Hmm just noticed something. When the anti illegals talk about Hispanics (mainly mexicans) being part of a group like the minutemen they referr to them as Mexican Americans and patriots. When its Mexican Americans who are pro illegal they referr to them as "traitors" and "anchor babies".just though its funny how that works.

They have character and American pride. What's wrong with that? Do you know how many Mexicans the Minutemen saved from the desert? How can you call that a hate group? They are PRO LAW.

first off, anti - illegals aren't racists if we were we would be called anti - mexicans. no i would not care as long as you were their fighting for Americas rights and not like some of the other mexican minute men that were only there to help illegals through. you need to check your facts before you make such an ignorant statement.

It has nothing to do with race, it has to do with security. Did you know that terrorists are paying Mexican coyotes to get them across the border. As long as people are coming here legally, I don't have a problem
