Try calling your local radio shack or anyone else that might sell police scanners. They usually keep a current list of the frequencies so when they selI a scanner, they can go ahead and load it too. I have tried searching for Philadelphia scanner frequencies and have had zero luck myself. I can only think of two things: Either no one has listed them, which I find very hard to believe, or they have gone to a digitally encrypted radio system that is scanner proof. My agency is in the talks to go that type of radio and they are in fact scanner proof. It would take some sort of a guru and a high speed computer about a week to figure out the digital encryption, and by then the code would have changed. I think the encryption code/rate changes every 24 hours or so. Anyway, try out the Radio Shack and see what happens. Do keep me posted on it though, I used to live in Philadelphia many moons ago and would like to hear what all happens there now myself. Good luck and be safe.
