I have been going boyfriend about a year and a half now, and for that time, I have really got on great with his friends. I always hang out with my boyfriend, and all of his friends, we do stuff like go out for pizza, go bowling, go to games, etc. Generally I am the only girl in the group, but my boyfriend is totally stoked that I am such great friends with his buddies. When I go to parties, and those guys girlfriends are there, I am generally just chatting with all of my boyfriends friends, and thier girlfriends are really snotty to me, and really mean, a few of them have some some underhanded nasty remarks, but I always try to be nice to them, I am just not really into stuff like gossip and celebrities, so I usually don't talk with them, but when I do, they are always mean. What is going on?

They need to mature and grow up. They don't seem to have to social skills to relate to both men and women equally. I agree with you, there are other more important things to talk about then gossip and celebrities...

Jealous has reared its ugly head. The girls see you as a threat to their men because you are not like them. They know you have a man and that is not what they are jealous about. It is the fact that you are cool with their boyfriends and you are showing them an outlet that they might not have seen before: a woman that can and does have the same interests that the common male has. Seeing this they fear that they will dump them and look for a woman like you. SO do not mind them. They will either adapt to keep their men or lose them for someone better. So just enjoy your man & his friends. Soon enough you might have another gal just like you to hang out with at those parties.

They're jealous and insecure because of the fact that the guys apparently prefer you hanging out with them as a group than the rest of the girls.
Continue to be nice to them, but when it comes to catty remarks, remark right back and keep it moving. And accept that they'll always see you as an outsider to their group of girls. Since you don't seem to have anything in common with them, you're not missing out on much. With time, they'll eventually come around, or they might not. But you be the classy one.
To keep the peace, make sure that nothing you do or say when you're talking to their boyfriends can be misconstrued into you flirting with them. They probably see your friendliness with the guys as flirtatious.

Well girl, their jealous because thier boyfriends don't want them around as much as yours does. They feel threatened by you. Your getting to know their guys better and they don't have a chance to because you guys are out having fun. They would rather hate you than to just get to know you and your boyfriend better!!! Don't sweat them, you have one thing that they don't have, their guys's friendship, they can be dropped like flies, a friend can't!

They know that you want attention from their boyfriends. You need that to feel attractive. Work on you personality a little more and value yourself for things other than being attractive to men. I think you really don't like the other girls because you are actually jealous of all other females.

JEALOUSY! learn to live with it! be nice, lower your nose, Talk to them like they're people, and quit telling them how great your relationship with the guy is; they don't want to hear it!
ou apparently meet and can chat easily with a variety of people; that's good. But the other girls aren't that comfortable, and you make them look bad. Nothing riles another woman than to make her look bad!

If you are not doing anything wrong
with the other guys, other than being
friends, by all means do not change
due to the envious ones.
It is your personality, and no one
should try to change you.
Be happy, do no harm, and ignore them.

They know that often you hang out with just the guys (including their boyfriends) and are jealous........Just tell them in a nice way that you wouldn't HAVE any of their boyfriends, and that if they cannot accept that their boyfriends have a female friend they have issues........Take care, dear............

Well for one they are jealous! Girls tend to get jealous easy. But the one thing that is good they are letting you know they do not like you pretty clearly.
You don't have to be friends with them if you get along with their boyfriends.
It shouldn't be a loss on your side.
