Dont mind the question, its just an attention grabber. Sorry tho.

Anyway, I'm in High School and there is this girl thats always flirting with me and trying to be around me. I like her too but she is shy and I'm shy too, lol
I'm scared to make the move, its frustrating. When ever I'm around her I just dont have to courage.
I cant stop thinking about her, How do I go about this.

FYI: I'm new to the whole dating thing...so take it easy ok?

Honey, i'm shy to and get very nervous as well. I'm 26 to..........best advice I can give you is if she is worth it you WILL find a way. Be confident in yourself and just dive right in. Nothing ventured is nothing earned!

By the way when you figure out the secret you let me know!

Here's the hint. Smile at her. But not in a weird psycho way. Catch her eye every once in awhile. Pretty soon, she'll wonder if you like her or not, or if she's getting signals mixed up. She'll be intrigued, and before you know it, she'll have a crush on you.

The trick is after that, be her friend, be you. Ask her out when you're comfortable. But don't be her friend too much, like, when she has a bad date or something, listening and saying it'll be okay, and that not all guys are bad...

Don't let the friendship go so far as you are a better (girl) friend than a friend who she has a crush on.

Asking anyone out is hard. Sometimes it is good to just be relaxed and let things happen. In that case though, someone else could swoop in and you lose out or you can just nicely ease into it. Then there is the other option. Just go for it, but don't just be blunt and just ask her out. Talk with her and find out how she feels. Get everything out in the open so the both of you know how you feel. Once you get past that rough patch, you just have to deal with the double edge sword that is dating...GOOD LUCK!

If she's flirting with you, she's not *that* shy!

Give her a compliment about her hair or her shoes...whatever grabs you, but be honest, people can always smell B.S.

Try to find something in common, if you notice her laugh at something, make a comment about how funny it was, then maybe you can start talking about a funny movie and then...boom! There you are in line, buying *two* movie tickets-hope you have a job!

Do what you are thinking about doing, as long as she seems to be welcoming of it. For instance, if you go to the movies with her and she has her arms crossed the whole time, I wouldnt even think about making a move--but if it seems like she is accepting of a move (hands, kiss, arm around her, etc), then go for it. Buddy, you got nothing to lose. This is one time when I advise you to be the outgoing person you want to be, and not the shy person you are.

Well, start out by saying,"Hi!" to her. Smile at her. That at least lets her know you're interested. If you have classes together, that'll give you an excuse to get her number and hang out to do homework together!! Start by being friends. Then you'll find out what she's interested in. Then you hang out as friends and then hopefully you'll build your confidence up enough to ask her out as your girlfriend. It might take a little time, but just hang in there. Just remember, she is as shy as you are, so, try to keep confident!! I hope this helped. Good luck to you! =)

Find out what you have in common and build off that. Go for the friendship, and then the love interest. The relationship will last longer. : )

Hope this helps

Just ask her out Chances are she'll say Yes! IF SHE DOES SAY YES GOOD LUCK AND BEST WISHES ON YOUR NEW RELATIONSHIP...
And if she says NO! then just forget about her and move on to another girl thats interested in you.
That's what happened to me (similiar story to yours) I liked this boy who was good at athelics and I bravely went up and asked him out he turned around and shouted NO! in front of everyone, even though he liked me... then I just moved on I'm not interested anymore when He asked me out!

Give her a complement ...nice hair, smooth look, be real and sincere ... see what happens ... start a non pushy dialog ... keep it light and current to your daily doings ... see how she reacts ... you can always ask later "If I give you my phone number will you use it?" that will tell the tail !

Good Luck
