Join a 12-step program & create a circle of support.
Find someone/something that can make you laugh daily.
Do volunteer work, no matter how minor.
Stop eating fast food.
Spend time staring at the night sky--but only when there's no clouds. Otherwise kinda boring.
Go for walks at least twice daily.
Journal your fears and ask yourself "why?" when you feel lost.
Change jobs if possible.
Spend more time talking to strangers in daily life.
Don't watch TV for at least 2 days.
If you smoke weed---STOP.
Get a shrink if for no other reason than as a listener.
Quit associating with stagnant, negative people.
Get angry about being stuck & use that energy to motivate...
Don't take any crap from those swine.
Realize that life in a resting state consists of neutral energy.
You are the positive/negative charge.

i feel much the same way, now on Zyprexa and felt that way, too, when I was off all nerve med's a few yrs. ago; I feel like that the past 2 wks and worse than usual. I'm somewhat worried about having to have a breast biopsy done in next wk. or 2; & have been having to go to too many different types of Specialists too often, causing me too much stress, as i don't ever really feel like going anywhere. It's hard for me to get over to visit with my now elderly parents and even to Grocery Stores, but this last is stressful, due to my low income & financial hardship! I hate having to put back a few grocery item- nearly every shopping trip--due to lack of enough money! i won't keep going on; i'm bi-polar - or i guess i still am, but i might quit takiing my zyprexa AGAIN and see if i still am! i quit it before for 8 mo's --3 yrs ago; i don't advise others to do the same, cuz there is a high percentage of suicide among bipolar persons, i read). best wishes; hope things get better; try to get help--if u need to --possibly from Mental Health Workers or other sources. I take only 2.5 mg. of Zyprexa Daily. Helps my anxiety a little & helps me not to go down quite as low as before and not as Manic as before. but I don't feel well; no energy; give out too easily; need far too much sleep and tired of it All!!!!! again best wishes!!!

I'm not really one to talk presently. Laziness just brings more laziness and it will get worse. I know from experience you have to get up and move do something whenever possible. My reason for laziness is mild depression. It's just not worth the energy to do anything at all. You should look into that if thats what your feeling. I hope any of that made sense!

Wanting to die or not to die is very confusing when you are not sure what to do. I think a lot of people go through this once in their lifetime. Hang in there hon, find something you really enjoy doing and stick to it!

I feel like that a lot. Get up everyday and get dressed and go out to take a walk or buy a coffee. Talk to people that is good.

I can see you are too lazy to get your grammar right.

I'd tell you but it's pretty involved. You'd probably be too lazy to do it and I'm surprised you're reading this far if you are as lazy as you say you are.
