Shouldn't you have talked first and got to know each other then there wouldn't be this awkward period? If she gave you her number at the fair, how is she your girlfriend already? Too much drama.

Okay, so you made out with a girl at the fair and you are assuming that the two of you are boy/girl friend? Hmm, sounds to me like you really like this girl and want to be that, but get to know her first and see where it goes, hopefully it wasnt just a make out session.

At this point you've kind of allready tongue wrestled without knowing her well. Any of the remedial get-to-know-you talk is going to be immensely awkward for both of you over the phone. Hook up with her so you can talk in a comfortable environment about who you both are and what you both want, then of course comes more tongue wrestling.

ask her what her fav childhood memory is and about her best friend
ask her about her fav movie and why it is so
ask her about her fav song and what the lyrics are
ask her about her pets, their names and how long she's had them
come on dude just talk to her get the story down and don't just act interested BE INTERESTED
