yes, traditionally jews say grace after meals. there is a specific blessing called birkat hamazon we say which means in english:

"blessed are you, L-rd our G-d, king of the universe, who nourishes the whole world in goodness, with grace, kindness, and compassion. he gives bread to all flesh, for his mercy endures forever. and through his great goodness we have never lacked, nor will we lack food forever, for the sake of his great name. for he is G-d, who nourishes and sustains all, and does good to all, and prepares food for all his creatures which he created. blessed are you, L-rd, who nourishes us all. amen."

It is part of our meal time to thank God for His provision and to ask for His continued guidance in our lives.

God enjoy this meal with me. I am sorry the rest of the world is not fed as well as me, if not better. I thank all that gave their life to sustain my life. Since I cannot feed the whole world, nor bring peace to the whole world, please help me bring at least a little bit of happiness into this world of ours. Amen.

I use to all the time untill i realised i dont expect my own children to thank me every meal because i deserve it. They deserve to be fed by me. Its my OBLIGATION as a loving parent to feed them regardless if they say 'Thankyou' or not. A Baby is even worse, just screams and screams and screams, now how thankless is that lol Not really! I dont need to thank God, he needs to provide regardless of thanks

If I didn't have to work so hard to get it, I would be more prone to thank the host. But as it is, if God has nothing better to do than to tune into my ramblings at dinner time, he has too much time on his hands...and personally, I suspect he/she is very busy.

I do at dinner, but God knows how grateful I am with or without traditional prayer. God knows my heart and my life and that is what really counts.
