Ok, I'm dating this really great guy who I'm in college with. But I still have ALOT of feelings for the guy I left back home (my best friend of 10 years)... I can really see myself spending the rest of my life with him(my best friend). I love him so much. But this other guy is really sweet and just awesome all the way around and really cares about me... But my parents won't approve of this guy I'm dating, but they love my best friend... My best friend is an hour and a half away and I hardly get to talk to him, and the other guy I see everyday... I'm so confused!!!

I see no harm in just dating any guys you meet at college, as long as you are not in a committed relationship with your long time friend.
Would he be hurt if he knew you were dating other guys? If so, do you want to hurt your "Best Friend"?
You put up what I see as a RED FLAG when you say this "really great guy" you are dating wouldn't meet the approval of your parents. I wonder why?

I think you are confused, because you are in conflict with your true inner feelings. As a guide, try to behave as you would if your parents & your best friend were close by, & see what your response will be then.

remember your parents aren't dating him you are and your an adult now who can make her own decisions. I say go for the new guy. the best friend will always be your best friend and you'll always love him but you need to find true love not best friend I've grown up with love.

I would seriously go with the best friend, if he knows how you are really, then stay with the familiar, 10 years could mean a lifetime. But it's your decision ultimately

Go with the best friend, he has proof himself worthy for 10 years. This guy, the new one, might change once you start the relationship, we all do (man and woman).

IT SOUND LIKE YOU NEED TO BE HONEST WITH THESE GUYS AND TELL THEM HOW YOU FEEL. IT WRONG TO BE
WITH SOMEONE AND HAVE FEELING FOR SOMEONE ELSE
THEY DESERVE HONESTLY, AND FOR THE BEST FRIEND
IF HE IS YOUR FRIEND FOR 10 YEARS THEN IF HE INTERESTED IN PURSUING THE RELATIONSHIP HE WOULD
HAVE DONE SO BEFORE SINCE YOU ARE ONLY 1 HOUR
AWAY FROM EACH OTHER SO I WOULD SERIOUS THINK
ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR DECISIONS. YOU MAY
NOT GET THE RESULTS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
