now that i am in a relationship, i get hit on more often than when i was single. So is the saying true that you get them when you don't want them? I wish i had this much attention when i was still dating other men. Single or attached, i oooze with confidence.

Is this one of the test when you are in a relationship? To see how loyal you are when other men asked for your number and wants to get to know you better?

It's a bad sign if you, yourself, enjoy that much attention when you're already in a relationship. This is when cheating starts from either your side or your partner. I don't know if your partner likes it when you're getting that "attention" because that will cause him to be jealous.

You on the other hand, shouldn't enjoy that either. Ignore them, because you're already in a relationship. If the guys ask for your number, just say, "Sorry, I'm taken already." What's so hard about saying that? Be honest and true to yourself and your partner. Your relationship should be on your 'top' list not 'attention' from other men. I don't know if the saying is true.. it just so happens that you were in that environment and situation, so.. no.

If you cannot handle being in a relationship while you enjoy all those attention, then stay single.. don't break your partner's heart. Do you think it's worth giving your number out to random strangers while you already have that wonderful boyfriend of yours? Think twice and put yourself in your partner's shoes.

It's not because you are now attached that they hint on you to test your fidelity to your boyfriend. It's just a matter of timing that when they came your way, you are already in a relationship.

Even if you are in a relationship, you can still change heart if you meet someone whom you will like and love better. Going into a relationship is a test in itself for the person to know if the one he has at the moment is the one he wants to share his whole life with. If the test proves negative, then it's just proper for him to find the one right for him.

I think men feel a vibe knowing that this girl is single and wanting a boyfriend printed all over our faces. Once your in a relationship you no longer look should I say kind of desperate so therefore a man would look at you in a different light.

Ok, see, everyone used to say this was just a guy thing.
I knew there had to be some girls out there going through it too.
well... the guy excuse was:
when you have a girlfriend she MAKES YOU dress nice and comb your hair.
and guys are too lazy to do it themselves.
so only when you had a girlfriend to MAKE you do it would you
actualy be attractive to others.
I always thought it was crap....
I like your answer best... about the test.

I think certain people like to see if they can take some person away from some other person. Makes them feel attractive and powerful. Nasty world out there.

Many people want what they can't have. A lot of it I do think is not intentional. Some just seem to be programed this way. Who Knows.

You have a different look and most guys are more attracted to the girl not keeping total eye contact.

It never rains but it pours. Same with just about all relationships this same thing happens. Perhaps people can see how confident you see and/or how happy your disposition is.

When you are single and alone, they think nobody is interested in, or wants you. But when you have a guy, they know you are desirable! It`s a case of wanting something that somebody else has (discovered).
