In Arabic the word is pronounced Ramadan, but in Urdu it is pronounced Ramazan, since the pronounciation of the letter daad changes in Urdu.

Urdu uses a similar script to Arabic, but there are some additional letters, and a few others change in pronounciation, so words borrowed from Arabic sometimes sound slightly different.

The other posters did explain it right...

Mostly you will hear Pakistanis (Urdu/Hindi-speaking) pronounce it Ramzan, all other Muslims say Ramadan.

Ramaze is not a word that I know of.
