The lab values you mention suggest a couple of things to me that I hesitate to mention publicly. I think it's time for you to see a Hematologist.

The sed rate, or sedimentation rate is a non-specific test for an inflammatory process, infectious or otherwise. The high anti-nuclear antibody is found in SLE or systemic lupus erythematosis, an autoimmune disease that can also contribute to low hemoglobin. Low neutrophils count is usually benign, normal variant, too high is more of a concern. In conjunction with "high" lymphs, I suspect you are talking about percentage rather than totals.

One thing that comes to mind, though is that a few antibiotics can cause bone marrow suppression.

There is just too little information about the entirety of your health condition to render an educated guess. You sound frustrated and need to spend some time discussing all these issues and questions with your physician. If he/she is not effective at communicating with you, consider hiring another doctor, don't feel any loyalty to that doctor that isn't warranted.

well its obviously an infection thats causing a lowering of hemoglobin and such.., which means its most likely course of attack is your bone marrow... ionoo what the infection is tho..
