LOL, sorry dude, there isn't much I can do. Maybe you should put some headphones on to some beautiful music and lie in bed and escape into a world distant from your own. Let your imagination take you away from not being able to sleep and maybe by attaining these things you will fall asleep. DOn't take pills you are only 11 they are not good for you because you are still growing.

Maybe you could warm up some milk and drink that too.

Perhaps you should watch a movie or a cartoon, or play a video game until your eyes get heavy.

Or maybe you should take a huge turkey stuffing spoon and the largest iron skillet you can find and walk into your parents room and clang them together as hard as you can. Then tell them that you can't sleep and need pills. LOL on second thought just try the warm milk!

you dont need sleeping pills.

Do some mind work. Turn out the lights, get comfortable in bed, close your eyes and relax your body. Then relax your body again and relax your face. Then think about relaxing your body and relax your body and face again...it really takes a while (maybe the older you get ;o)

Now, think about something, an object in your room...a stuffed toy, a lamp, just something...Close your eyes and picture it. Think about how it is made; plastic, fabric, wood, etc. Think of what you would normally do with it...think of all its uses. Think of another use for it. Think of the spelling of that object, spell it in your head...

...are you asleep yet?

Try reading this when you cant sleep. Nighty Night!

When I'm having a hard time I take during the day calciam and magnezium and vitamin D I drink lots of water throughout the day and I make sure I drink water 30 minutes before bedtime.. It must be water with electrolites and not bottled water. Bottled water does not have any nutritional value unless added. Stretch real good before you sleep and when you wake up.

Put on a movie that you've seen many times and concentrate on it. For some reason, if I'm really trying to stay awake, it seems impossible.....and if your brain is already familiar with the material, it's not as challenging to process....good luck! You can also try putting a cold wet rag over your eyes and forehead....it's nice.....or if warm is more appealing, try that....Turn the AC really low and snuggle into your covers....night, night

you do not need sleeping pills.

pour four ounces [half a juice glass] of milk

place in microwave on high for 20 seconds

if hot allow to cool till lukewarm

if lukewarm drink slowly while facing the back of your house

lay down on your bed with your pillow in its normal position and your head where your feet usually are

close your eyes halfway and imagine fairies dancing on your walls

my girls were always out in five minutes

You could try closing your eyes and counting backwards slowly (maybe from 100).

Or you can try to imagine a blank TV screen and a white dot in the middle as if it was turned off.

YIKES!!!!!!!! lmao. hahaha. wow. eleven year old, exposed to that kinda stuff? wow, im surprised you arent warped. okay. i suggest playing music softly. just put on your favorite radio station and play it softly the whole night. and then, i suggest you talk to yourself. i dont mean like a crazy person. i mean, act like you're a totally different person, or pretend you're doing an interview for a television show, like ellen degenres, or tony danza. i always get tired of talking (well, more of whispering coz every1 else is asleep) and just fall right over. im sixteen. insomnia is like my middle name.

You could try meditating. Just clearing your mind and breathing deep and even. Or you could read, I usualy fall asleep when I read when I'm laying down.
