I want to take my car and our 7 month old son . How can I go there ? what papers and stuff do I need for me , our son and my car ? Where do i go to get these papers ?

Passports and paperwork on your car assuming you are going to visit for a while.
Visas if you plan on moving there.

the first thing you need is the fathers permission to take your son out of the usa .... insurance for the car (isn't cheap) ... You have a whole lot of talking with your bf before you even get started on this adventure. And your bf may not be crazy about the idea of you coming to live in his family house with the dirt floor, no tv, outside kitchen, no private bedroom, .... Better you write this one off as a hard lesson learned and be more careful next time!!

Oh, so he's a criminal huh? They all go to Mexico or Las Vegas.
Just kiddin...but really, bad stuff can happen in Mexico, I would never go.
Especially with a baby. I just don't think that's a good idea. Stay where your
support system is. Family, friends. This guy, if he loves you enough, he'll
come back to this side of the border. If he chooses not to, forget him, and
move on.....That's it. Jump my humble opinion.

is he in mexico permanently? it's a big decision to live there, it is not like here at all unless he's very rich. most mexicans live off of around $200 a month. i lived there for a few months two years ago, in a middle class neighborhood, and i could not adjust to how different it was. i can totally understand wanting to be with your man, but just be sure. can he come back here, or is he just there for a few months? good luck. if you CAN handle it, go and join your man. you can find what you need at an immigration center or the mexican consulate or embassy.

No, don't go there! People are dying to come to America from there, so why would you voluntarily go over there? Plus, if your bf left you and his child then he's showing that you guys are not a priority to him. I know you may miss him, but think about what the best decision for your baby will be.

If you drive a car into mexico, your american insurance is no good their.
You need american pass port for you & daughter.
I say take the bus, it's cheep.
