Ben Wah balls are like doing keegles, great for developing muscle control, which will help with your delivery. Go for it gf, but you'll want to be careful to keep em clean and sterilized, and to be cautious toward the end of your third trimester, as an orgasm can cause labor!
might be a good idea to talk to your dr, especially if you are having any difficulties or special circumstances. But normalkly, sex is very healthy during pregnancy.
