The latest information on visa requirements

They must apply in person to get a visa. Form DS-156 must completed and signed by your parents. They have to bring an evidence that their visit to US is temporary (generally a round trip ticket, etc) .They must undergo security clearance. Must be certain they have valid Mexican passports or travel documents. Photographs to be submitted must have the right size, quality, better ask for specific info before you take any pictures. They must also show evidence of funds to cover for their stay in the US, evidence of strong ties abroad in this case it would be you. You will be financially liable for your parents in case of medical emergencies, etc. If your father is 45 years old or younger, he has to complete and sign the additional supplemental visa application Form DS-157. Pay the application fees and for some applicants - issuance fees. The application and requirements must be filed by your parents in the US embassy in Mexico.
