i invited my friend to stay with me at my moms while i am house sitting i called my mom she said it was okay...my friend is having problems with her exbf and didnt have any where to go...she called her ex and asked him to bring the pop up camper here so she could stay in that till she got a place... mistake... he invited himself to stay... she didnt tell him no...they fought that night and the next day i was pulling my hair out...anyways he told her he was taking her son to get breakfast and to get a trailer to hall some stuff on and they would be back...he lied...he called every five min..asking if she went to her dads yet to get his papers...i told her he was playing a game with her ..she said no.. i said i bet when he got back he wont let her son out of the truck until he gets his papers i was right i had to call the cops. he said he was going to take off with him if she didnt give him the papers...the cops came and made them both go their seperate ways... to be continued

she was on the run didnt have any where to go said she would call me that night..never did...but her ex called me to say he was going to pick up her sons toys in the morning...i told him that her and i already had that worked out and he said well i have to take her the pop up and i will have her call you in the morning i said you do that...i didnt beleive that she was with him again and thought he was lying...she never called today...and neither did he...but he said he sold his motorcycle but there has been one driving by the house all day over and over and over and i think it is him i dont know if he is thinking she is here or looking for her or wanting revenge...or what..i called the detective she had working on the case and he said he would look for her too...i have called all her family and i have looked everywhere... im the only friend from elementary school .. i did call and tell him not to contact me any more...here or at my home..what now..just waite

i did tell HER i did not want him here or her two dogs as i am already dog sitting three dogs that makes five ...to much ...she wouldnt get rid of the dogs and she wouldnt even tell him to just go home for the night ....guess i should have been the bad guy for her ....i didnt let them stay inside they had to stay outside....

i already answered your question....next time you talk to him...tell him to come get the dogs and if he doesn't, you are sending them to the humane society...if he doeesn't...then do what you have to do.
you are being taken advantage of.

Mistake #1.
You didn't clarify what your friend could or could not do.
Mistake #2:
You should have informed them both that only your friend had permission to stay and if her EX bf showed up and refused to leave, then you should have called the cops and gotten him for trespassing.
Mistake #3:
Didn't stand your ground. This is your mom's place, not theirs. Fighting and what not should take place in a neutral site and at someone's house, isn't, in my opinion, very damned neutral.
