Suggestion, try using the search engines such as yoono, delicio, aol, google, yahoo, or any other search engine, then look under names, birthplaces of the persons name, in last known state and city. Usually takes awhile but well worth it-check your yellow pages and white pages, or just give name on any search engine to find.
